These three floor plans show how spacious the bungalow is while retaining warm and cosiness in winter.
Floor plan
This is an approximate floor plan of the bungalow which will require precise dimensions at the time of sale. However, it provides a very good overview. The front of the bungalow is the living room and the kitchen/diner.
Floor materials
The entrance and hall is served by hardwearing laminate, while the living/dining rook has a Panga Panga hard floor. Music room has 15cmx 15cm quarry tiles for good acoustics as does the kitchen.
Rooms with furniture
This gives an good idea of how the bungalow has been used in the past. The kitchen furniture plan is how the kitchen is being developed with dishwasher fitted, double electric oven/grill, gas hob, extraction unit. The arrangement of the units can be modified to accommodate under the counter fridge or tall fridge/freezer.
